Recently a friend of mine asked me if I had a vegan Chocolate Cake recipe she could use as she wanted to make something for a party for someone who has and allergy to eggs. Having done some vegan recipes before I did some homework and this is what I came up with... a rich vegan chocolate fudge cake made with some surprise ingredients.
